RADON: State Certified using Continuous Radon Monitor or Electret Methodology. Monitors read on site and Electrets read in our office for Quick Results.

SEPTIC: PA Septic Management Association Septic Inspections by a Qualified PSMA Inspector. Perform Flow Test to Check for Back Ups, Probe Drain Field to Determine Condition, Inspect the Interior of the Tank and the Baffles, Check For Backflow when the tank is emptied.  Note -  All Septic Tanks Must Be Emptied During PSMA Inspections (Usually paid for by Seller - See Sales Contract) 

WELL PUMP PERFORMANCE: Inspect Well Pump for Gallons Per Minute and Pressure Output. List well depth and recovery rate if available under well cap.
